Our Story
A family kitchen with an open door
Mi Tequila Jalisco started with a simple idea: cook the recipes we grew up with, and treat every guest like they just walked into our own kitchen. On Old Pearsall Rd, we open early — 6 AM most days — because breakfast tacos and hot coffee shouldn't have to wait, and we keep the doors open through dinner so the whole neighborhood has somewhere to land.
What keeps folks coming back isn't just the food, it's the feeling. As one regular put it, our team is "so friendly and always laughing and happy," and that energy comes straight from the top down — when the people running the kitchen love what they do, everyone at the table feels it.
